It is no secret that Conferences of course also provide an excellent opportunity for Networking. Often however, networking happens randomly and delegates do not know who the other delegates are beforehand.

 

Bioenergy World Americas 2008 will change that ! Using a simple-to-use software platform called Chance2Meet, delegates will be able to maximise the opportunity to Network based upon meetings that delegates propose and agree together.

 

On registering for the Conference, you will be asked to say what your activity is and also what kind of professions you would be interested to meet. Chance2Meet will do the rest, proposing meetings to you with people whose professions match what you are looking for - the meeting requires your acceptance in order to be booked (ie there is no obligation). This all happens prior to the event online and your email address is never communicated, ensuring your privacy.

 

 

 

Chance2Meet : An innovative match-making software system called Chance2Meet will allow delegates to identify potential business partners from the list of registered delegates and to pre-book business meetings together. The pre-booked meetings will last 15 minutes. To simplify matters more, delegates will be able to pre-print their meeting schedule ahead of the event. The meetings will take place between 16:30 - 18:30 on the first day, the 16^th September, after the last Conference Presentation of the afternoon. Each meeting will be assigned to a numbered table in a designated meeting area and delegates will be able to print off their schedule from the website before the event.
